Depending on the features available in your version of the app, Aya Noor may provide services such as:

3. Religious Information Disclaimer
Aya Noor is designed as a digital Islamic companion and educational tool. The app is not a substitute for qualified Islamic scholars, religious authorities, or professional advice.
Different Islamic schools, scholars, organizations, and calculation methods may differ on certain matters. Aya Noor does not claim to resolve all differences of scholarly opinion.
4. Prayer Times and Qibla
Prayer times may be calculated using astronomical data, geographic location, selected calculation methods, and device settings.
Qibla direction may depend on the device compass, sensors, geographic coordinates, magnetic interference, and calibration.
Tarif Labs does not guarantee that prayer times or Qibla direction will always be accurate for every location, device, calculation method, or environmental condition.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to use Aya Noor responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or disrupt the app except where permitted by applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Aya Noor systems, servers, databases, or accounts.
- Interfere with the normal operation or security of the service.
- Use automated methods to abuse, overload, scrape, or attack the service.
- Circumvent advertising, Premium, authentication, security, or other technical restrictions.
6. Accounts
Certain features may require or support an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You should notify Tarif Labs if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
If Aya Noor provides account deletion functionality, you may request deletion of your account and associated data through the available account-management process.

8. Advertising
Aya Noor may display advertisements through third-party advertising services, including Google Mobile Ads, in supported versions of the app.

Payments, billing, refunds, subscription management, and purchase processing are handled through the applicable app store or payment platform.
Tarif Labs does not directly receive or store your full payment card, bank account, or other sensitive payment credentials through Aya Noor unless explicitly stated in the Privacy Policy.

Aya Noor may use third-party services to provide, maintain, secure, analyze, or improve parts of the application.
Depending on the features used, these services may include Google Firebase services, Google Mobile Ads, Google Sign-In, Google Play services, Google Play Billing, and other supporting technologies.
Third-party services operate according to their own terms, policies, and technical requirements. Your use of those services may therefore be subject to their respective terms.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Aya Noor, its original branding, visual design, application interface, software code, logos, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Tarif Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use Aya Noor for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or commercially exploit proprietary Aya Noor materials without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by law.
12. Open-Source Software
Aya Noor may include third-party open-source software and libraries. Those components remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.
Applicable open-source license information can be viewed through the Open-source Licenses section inside the Aya Noor application.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights granted to you under applicable open-source licenses.
13. Content and Availability
We aim to keep Aya Noor useful, reliable, and available, but we do not guarantee that the application or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Features, content, services, calculation methods, advertisements, and other parts of the application may be added, modified, suspended, or removed from time to time.
14. Service Interruptions
Aya Noor may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, network problems, device limitations, third-party service interruptions, security issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your device, internet connection, operating system, app-store services, third-party services, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aya Noor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Tarif Labs does not guarantee that the app will always meet every user's requirements or operate without interruption, errors, inaccuracies, or technical problems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tarif Labs will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from or related to your use of Aya Noor.
This limitation applies subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Updates to the App
We may release updates, bug fixes, security improvements, feature changes, or other modifications to Aya Noor.
Some updates may be required to continue using certain features or to maintain compatibility with supported Android or other platform versions.
